VED is filled with dirty politics. BU-1 of China projects is a guy shattered the entire department through reorganization. His main work is to perform dirty politics inside the department and clinch BU head position. HR knows the fact but doesnt acting upon it

Here I saw few pl heads don't have exposure on teams.. One more worst thing I saw here... is visibility ... According to me visibility means showing extraordinary skills in work. But for pl heads it's about cultural activity.

1. I work in Java, Angular stack. Most of the folks are from Automotive Company and they don’t have an open culture. 2. Right from the guy who gives laptop during onboarding time to your manager all are Telugu speaking. 3. If your salary expectations are high they will not call you for interview. 4.
