It all depends on which process you are working, till the time the process is functional and you are meeting your goals, everything is perfect. Salaries are comparatively less than market because it is a BPO but its good to start your career and take growth as company provides numerous opportunities for growth, just you need to be prepared for everything that comes in your plate.
