No value for employees and seniors. Worst management. Mostly they prefer ladies and showing partiality. No recognaisation for work and their talent about process. Moreover P.O.S.H cases are very badly and worst behaviour in office Atmosphere even though mangers, H.R, T.L's , A.M's also behave with same behaviour... I don't want to prefer this organisation to join new people.

The growth is nill and salary is very less, long work hours for 10 hours . Also make you extend your work hours if there is any log in deviation or less work hours, compensate.
