Apprisal, there should hike basis on market standard as per feedback received from employees as well as per my opnion, the employees who are getting promoteed as well getting apprisal getting less salary hike.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
