An opportunity work across a variety of problems and handle a whole gamut of responsibilities. Great peers and team mates from across the globe. Agile Kanban model.

Dislikes

Sometimes the goals become confusing and lacks transparency. But then it's always about moving targets and how agile you are in terms of adapting. Feedback and guidance is appreciated. But then you better be proactive and double vigilant to safeguard your spot.

Work Details

Overall decent but your stint is as good as your managers perception about you.

Seeking advice on current job

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
