Very poor salary, no recognitions for long-term serving employees. Management does not try to retain talents but is ready to pay double the amount to replace an existing resource. Irrelevant expectations for a given position. You should involve in everything is a kind of attitude from the management. so you cannot focus on your strong area. If you market yourself more than what you do, you get a promotion and if you do not, even if you have contributed a lot, you are outdated and have no promotion. The company doesnt recognize the best in any employee.The management doesnt give oppurtunities as per the tenure to grow.Undesrving folks are given more weightage for next level.We are the lowest payers in the market

i dislike the hike structure,recognition,monotomus works and the managers approach to the team.They do not take effort to understand the employee and the decisions for anything are taken on their own without checking with the employee.

The job is not too stressful, team members and leadership are helpful and maintain great professional ethics. You will always have scope to be useful to the company. And the work life balance is pretty decent except for few unlucky days.

Dislikes

Management needs to improve Employee Retention Policy. A good performer should be given regular hikes and incentives which would make him feel valued within the organization, as he is genuinely contributing towards value addition in the business. Normal shift is of 9hours here and we work for 10 or 13 hours, no one follow proper shift infact they can ask you to join meetings late night too... Just think the management
