it was a terrible organization to work, team leaders and managers are not well deserved persons for their role but still they are working in an international process. They dont have any proper way to spread important information to their employee. They dont have any employee care team on floor to take care of their employee. overallthis is the worst place to work in indore because we dont have any job security in this organization. Their working environment which is most worst they dont even have proper space and work place for their employee. HR team is completely helpless to resolve any issue of their employee because they dont have any employee care team. Team leaders and Managers are not well deserving persons for their role and not even aware about the policy and incentive criteria. overall this is the worst place for an employee who wants to make a career in this organization because their is no job security here it was started as xerox business services then it was changed to conduent and now its again changed to Bereichern india pvt. ltd. and one of their process is shifted to Vizag and all the employee were asked to leave so i suggest every individual to not work here because u dont even know when will u loose your job or shifted to any other state. its a worst place to work in indore....Read More

I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
