Their working environment which is most worst they dont even have proper space and work place for their employee. HR team is completely helpless to resolve any issue of their employee because they dont have any employee care team. Team leaders and Managers are not well deserving persons for their role and not even aware about the policy and incentive criteria. overall this is the worst place for an employee who wants to make a career in this organization because their is no job security here it was started as xerox business services then it was changed to conduent and now its again changed to Bereichern india pvt. ltd. and one of their process is shifted to Vizag and all the employee were asked to leave so i suggest every individual to not work here because u dont even know when will u loose your job or shifted to any other state. its a worst place to work in indore....Read More
