1) There is no work pressure to complete the task on same day. 2) There is only general and 2nd shift. 3) Company is far away from the ahmedabad so there is less pollution compare to others. 4) Everytime we can get fresh air. 5) Top management is also supportive. 6) It is an USFDA approved plant. 7) There is too much self learning scope available if you take responsibilities. 8) Canteen facility is also available. 9) During critical regulatory audit MD and Chairman also be with us and if required they also ans to an auditor....Read More

1) Everything is a manually like if you enter into gate, for your attendance you will have to sign into manual register, however there is also punching machine and face reader machine available and we do punch in that, though you required to mention your in and out time in register. In tech generation they follow 90s system. Howeverwe punch into machine like by card and face. 2) No online software is available where we can see our attendance, put a leave request, early going, miss punch etc, you will have to do by filling in pages for your request. 3) If you stay for 2 hours more due to complete company's work they don't provide company's vehicle. So you will have to leave company's 2nd shift. So as per this e.g calculations you come at dated on 02/05/2023 09:00 A.M and you will have leave by 03/05/2023 12:01 A.M., due to not provided vehicle arrangements and employe extra work was only two hours so he has to do general and 2nd shift. However next day he has to come in general shift. 3) Executive and above it is mandatory to deduct canteen Rs. Every month like whether if you eat or not you money will be deducted from you salary. This should improve this. 4) If you an emergency to go home, there is no connectivity of local transportation nor company will provide vehicle.
