Work environment is very bad only because of SME Amith from federal bank process , that guy thinking that he is the owner of concentric and treating agent like - , Don't know how to respect others , did informed to HR many times but there is no use If any HR team seeing this please do enquire about TL Bharath and SME amith with agents do take action for better environment and workplace

Worst management i have ever seen in concentrix they treat us like a robot and if you want to take a single leave then your team leader do not allow to take a leave even though there is a leave on your account They always deduct your salary without any kind of warning and they are not giving you any kind of incentive at all even though you work hard because they always finds a way to deduct your salary Your work life balance will be destroyed after joining the company because they take pre shift of half an hour before the shift and after a shift they take post shift so overall you will not save a single hour to spend on your personal life...Read More
