Environment is pleasant and relaxing for employers, They have many activities for us to do in our break time to relax our mind such as carrom, table tennis, Video games etc , Also somehow they always organise an event or competition programme like dancing , singing or any other talent. They also organise annual sports day with multiple sports activities and give rewards for that

There is nothing much that I dislike but one thing is that there are politics in live floor as you cannot stand for yourself, they will not listen to your concern , if they listen they will try to vanish that concern asap, due to this most of the employers left the company without giving any resign just because of stress they received

They provide opportunities to freshers also. There is good job security because when I was in cnx even dumb candidate who doesn't even know how to acknowledgement to the customer didn't get terminate.

Bad management, Bad Shifts, 4Am login means 2:45 pickup by the cab and at this time the dog barks , I had done SSP on festivals but I never get double paid for this 4-6 time in a year, like in 2nd October ssp, diwali ssp, Christmas ssp, 25 jan ssp.
