Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.

Utkarsh Sir from (HR). He is really very supportive and fast to provide resolution

Dislikes

Management is not helpful and are not on words. Agents are promised to do OT for business requirements however agents have to fight for their OT amount for months. HR team is vague and never have solution and never picks the calls of employees. CNX never follows the policies and are of 10 hours working shift. Would suggest people not to join CNX Chandigarh.

Started from induction. Cost cutting in such a way that no welcome kit, induction done virtually so as to save the cost of lunch as well. Worst management, training manager is busy going out & dating a female lead. Nothing is trained properly & in OJT from 1st day live calls without any support.

The job security is of no use as they don't care about you till you put your papers, yearly appraisals of 2,3,4 or max. 5% that can't even beat inflation, along with the favouritism that you get to see will make you leave for sure.

Cost Cutting , Forced Weekend working and always looking for replacing resources with a low cost resource. For CNX US, CNX India is a back office and it should only be used for saving cost of cost increases remove the resources and make the remaining resources do the additional tasks

I used to like the work in the Wheelz Process which was in the Cnx and there was cleaned the floor. My TL was also good as a nature wise. That's why I did love the cnx.

I used to dislike the environment of the Wheelz Process in the Cnx because of the most mischievous Agents and some SMEs'. They were ruining. They SMEs' don't know hοw to handle the team, how to work as a team, there are discrimination is the most popular thing in the same process. And salary package was not good according to work there was so much pressure now. They were not aware for agents health issue. Poor behaviour of Managers and supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over.
