Being as fresher it was a great pleasure for me to work with concentrix. Its really a fabulous place to work, like other companies team leaders are greedy but professional, rude language in office premises is prohibited. Salary is credited on time with every bonus ,statutory bonuses, all though I would like to say its fabulous work place

Slow growth, managers didnt value individuals, if value is given to an individual its only for managers benefits, sometimes the work pressure was veey high, i worked 16 hours for at least 1 month for wich i got paid
