2% hike is all they give The manager makes your life a hell if you don’t follow her instructions blindly Micromanaging at its peak as the manager does not like team interaction at all. WFH for tenure employees. NOT for new joiners. No growth opportunity, have seen colleagues working for 4-5 years at the same position. 90 days notice period so that way you cannot find another job easily. Though you can but you know what I mean.

I have spent quite a long time in Concentrix so trust me I know better about the environment and the work culture. The moment you'll think that you're performing well, the reward you'll get is more work. They treat employees like a labour who will work for them for 10 hours straight and once you deny or stop performing well, be ready for special treatment, which is threatening. E-ticket process is worst of someone is joining i request them not to join e ticketing team because it's an endless work daily you have to work.. Even you can't go for break. And there will no team lunch and outing for e ticketing team.. Manager or tl will not support you... Please join to some other process or team except E-ticket team

Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. Concentrix is a very good organization and I have learnt a lot here. I started my career with Concentrix as a claim processing analyst in claim adjudication and now handling a an entire line of Business. Management are very supportive.

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

There was deslike about concentrix where there are some politics. However our manager was very rude and manipulate us. She played mind games. WFH was allowed in concentrix but she never gave permission when she offered when I requested continue three months before she promised then rejected when the I drop mail that I lead HR she provided but for a month only. I felt very disappointed she never understood truly. I gave all my best to boost team performance and help our process. She always shouted when we ask for our rights. She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company....Read More

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating....Read More
