Started from induction. Cost cutting in such a way that no welcome kit, induction done virtually so as to save the cost of lunch as well. Worst management, training manager is busy going out & dating a female lead. Nothing is trained properly & in OJT from 1st day live calls without any support.

It's a people centric organization. So many programs, learning and development session is there to upgrade yourself in by doing or completing this programs The most important thing which everyone is working for money and in concentrix salary structure is excellent and I never saw salary date extended by 1 day in my 9 years of experience. Company culture is excellent Management is excellent

Great Visionary from Top management… Great place to work .. Company which does many CSR activities with out any expectations.. Out standing help and support given to employees and Society in COVID. But very sad to say new Mid management is very bad not aligned with company culture.. No ethics No culture… their vision is to show power. Company failed to tech culture to the new directors .. especially people who joined after Covid.. Employees spend more then 10 years will definitely acknowledge my thoughts .. Concentrix is a very good organization and I have learnt a lot here. I started my career with Concentrix as a claim processing analyst in claim adjudication and now handling a an entire line of Business. Management are very supportive.

The company has great work culture all are friendly and helping. I remember the days when I was in OJT to till production concentrix remain my second home.

There was deslike about concentrix where there are some politics. However our manager was very rude and manipulate us. She played mind games. WFH was allowed in concentrix but she never gave permission when she offered when I requested continue three months before she promised then rejected when the I drop mail that I lead HR she provided but for a month only. I felt very disappointed she never understood truly. I gave all my best to boost team performance and help our process. She always shouted when we ask for our rights. She complain regarding that in her life she faced challanges why you weren't?.The salary was not enough to support financial expectations. She never supported in that terms with appraisal even cnx provides that. If two week off was there or if the work hours was 7-8 it would be great to work with cnx in another process. As Now I'm not part of that process and team cnx but I'm happy looking forward to my career in new company....Read More

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Cnx is not for those who want to get success or promotion by doing hard work. Cnx giving leverage to those who don't want to work. This type of culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating....Read More

Escalation metric, They are people who are spoiling the name of Concentrix and misusing their position. Which is not being recognised by Concentrix. It’s creating lots of dissatisfaction.

The process itself was really good. Good people around can make friends of all age types.

Dislikes

Managers and Team Leads chosen from outside instead of from the existing workpool. They gossip about anything and everything even your personal life. Don't reveal any thing personal to anyone.
