Not at all an employee centric company reasons like health and requested work from extention after a 45 days wfh of 15 more days and they denied and requested to leave company and join a company provides work from home, but in cnx website they mentioned it as still they operates hybrid work culture but in practically not

Concentrix was my one of the fevorite organisation where I worked.there was very friendly work culture aslo they very care about these employee.overall my experience was very good with this organisation.

There's no discrimination. They treat people equally. Most important thing is they don't delay any payment. In this field for a fresher I feel concentrix is best to start. Work culture and management is good. At least they listen to your opinion.

Till now I experienced nothing bad. This fact of you work for an MNC there will be different people who has different opinion. That is how we learn things.

It's good organization organization anyone who is starting their career as a fresher and want to explore new options in various profiles. As it gives a platform and opportunity for growth.

Compensation and Benefits are way less than other reputed MNC's and perks are way less too. People do not get appropriate appreciation as they are worthy and deserved.

Security ambience and some people are very supporting

Rachael the ops manager doesnt have humanity even if the employee is sick and crying or on the verge to die i would say they dont have empathy and they try and teach empathy . Very bad behaviour and i would say no standards or class either. Poor !

Gurgaon CNX is good but Noida CNX is the worst.

Dislikes

Concentrix is good but only for Gurgaon the process which is in Noida sector 127 is tha worst process of CNX the management is pathetic. I will never recommend to anyone.
