People also say shit about you for no reason, even if you not gave attention still they will do bitching about you. EVERYONE! SO WORST WORK CULTURE AND ENVIRONMENT. specially in Comcast. They even forcefully push you to resign. The management did this, With two people. Only politics works there. No incentives. No leaves. The transport is the most shit thing they have no security for you vehicles, cab drivers damage the vehicles intentionally to satisfy their ego and company support them to save reputation. The moment you'll think that you're performing well, the reward you'll get is more work. They treat employees like a labour who will work for them for 10 hours straight and once you deny or stop performing well, be ready for special treatment, which is threatening. E-ticket process is worst of someone is joining i request them not to join e ticketing team because it's an endless work daily you have to work.. Even you can't go for break. And there will no team lunch and outing for e ticketing team.. Manager or tl will not support you... Please join to some other process or team except E-ticket team

No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. Long , struggling working hours, stupid meetings. You will struggle to complete sleep life becomes about completing shifts only. Low level crowd mostly terribly abusive and profanity used in company in entire hirereachy. Salary never reaches the promised amount.
