It's like a person who don't know anything in software domain and have 15 years of experience in hardware . You have to report like this type of people who will talk unprofessionally , treat you like slave and if they see you are from good college or having good knowledge. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
