There is nothing to like in the company

They will play with employee's career, they immediately fire people on the same without any intimation. if you clear Client interviews then you are good otherwise they treat you as a labour or burden. If you have 3 years of experience then they ask you to give an interview for 5 years of experience candidate requirements.

No Employee Facilities. No office canteen. No Proper HR Policies. Offered Salary too low for freshers as well as for experienced. After 3 years of Bond, the hike offered was too low. Favoritism is there if you are Telugu, and Politics is played by Managers. Have to improve a lot in all sectors.

There is no pros in this company honestly I'll warn all you this is not my first company i have much experience in mncs and start up but this was the worst company i have worked till now.

Worst management and worst recruitment team they'll inform 1 year commitment after the Client interviews i have experienced these in comunus twice in last 2 months. Employees are not valued here and waste there career opportunities even they make you wait for whole day to sign offer and appointment letter. Manger way of talking I haven't experienced this in my whole 11 years of career .

It's good they are giving opportunities to freshers. You can learn if you are a self-learner.

No Personal Life, you are forced to sit over time. you have to report office on time but no logout time. last moment Tasks are assigned and meetings are done after 7 PM, which can be done earlier before 6 or 7 PM. No proper process, it changes according to the manager's mood. You cannot escalate if the manager does not follow the process.
