Dislikes

CBA India team is treated like a vendor. Toxic work culture especially in the database team. Everything is controlled by Sydney team. All important work is owned by Sydney team. India team is given monotonous, clerical kind of work only to make them feel worthless and unproductive. Anyone who tries to take a stand is humiliated in front of the entire team deliberately. No difference in work of a 5 yeo and 15 yeo. You will forget everything you have learnt all your professional life because someone sitting in Sydney decides not to trust your experience and hand you over a document which was created years ago and asks you to follow it line by line. Please save your life and never join this full of crap company. India management’s thought of taking over Sydney team is a distant dream. They need to grow some spine first....Read More
