1.Timings are Horrible. 2.Gold loan process is too much for disburse & release by last renewal also 3.Grantedly taking our time for eod and holidays with last day intimations 4.superiors are not supportive 5. No security for ladies staff on timings 6. No career growth and no work life balance 7. No recognition for hard work employees by oral also

Very poor management and heavy pressure on repayment collection,they don't know how we will collect emi from customers they only focusing collection and them told every employee you give loan to customer then you have responsibility to collect emi ,even customer die they want collection 100💯,most of employees paid customers emi in their hand ,no one statified about company culture

Dislikes

Heavy work pressure no increment. Other companies give more incentive and work balnce ,but IDFC FIRST BHARAT is worst company they considered all products like Group loans even we don't know we are collection team or sales team
