No support from senior personnel for any new idea you bring to the table. Not ready to take even calculated risks. HR reps are the worst. Also they make you sign joining NDA as well as leaving NDA, which is ridiculous and I have seen such practice only at this horrible organization. Worst policies in the whole wide world. Even MNCs do not have such policies. Additionally, if you just want to ignore all these practices and just want to focus on only work. Then let me tell you there is no such thing as hierarchy or process and no work available. I am sure, no one can learn anything from here. An IT Company that treat its employees as 19th Century Slave Factory Worker. No respect for their employee's personal time and hard work We had office time from 10 am to 7 pm but we had to attend meetings till midnight 1 am regularly. And the company still wants you to report to the office at 10 am the next day without fail. Seniors and Team leaders are always ready to take your work credits.

If your leave is pending and once you leave the company they will not calculate your paid leave. not will pay you any money.
