The very first experience anyone can have is HR department , that is very very helpful and always ready to solve any kind of query employee has, regardless the department. Another thing is overall structure of management is excellent as they are following strict ISO standards procedure. I like the way duties have been assigned to people according to their job role. I do not dislike about company if they are maintaining good management work flow

I am a Project Manager and managing team of almost 7-8 people from different departments. Main duties are work allocation, time management , client communication, ISO documents management for the project etc.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

- Lot of learning in ecommerce domain area as it has good customized projects - Onsite opportunities

Dislikes

- ISO process, not implemented aligning with client - lot of control and micro management on work - PM and technical team overwhelmed most of time so no time to work on improvement
