Nothing is good Very poor management. Irresponsible HR, Naver reply on mail phone and WhatsApp. Hire for parmanent WFH after one year ask for join WFO. School job culture. Always be in front of camera during shift even using hubstaff

Nothing at all.. the company does not provide any job security. No work culture, no professionalism, disastrous company policies which don't think about employes satisfaction or anything. You may have to work 12 hrs a day as well. Within my job tenure there were 3 time change in policies which were not even clearly told to the employ ees because that was in favour of the organisation. No salary on time.. no clarity if there is any deductions in salary.. no one to answer the query. HR manager is making it hell even more for the employees bcz every employee comes to HR if there is any issue.. but she didn't pick calls, neglect employees as much as she can. There is a lot of politics in the organization and management is just hell. Actually there is no management at all, no professionalism. Everyone is just spending time so rule over employees. Treatimg employees as servants. No time schedule. They can call u anytime they want to and u ha ve to come otherwise they will abscond you and no salary will be given weather you have given your whole time and dedication.
