Collabera is a great company to work with. There are many competition held that motivates you to perform. Also, the culture at Collabera is very good. If you are looking to earn more money, sky is the limit in Collabera.

Dislikes

The only thing I disliked was the canteen food in Collabera; however, they've changed the canteen now.

work culture is better than anything here + for fresher this is the best platform to grow and to start your career if you want to jump in IT sector, people are very friendly and help each other in every stage + few activities to encourage the work, effort, + monthly appreciation that directly shows company/management have an eye on everyone's individual contribution towards the company growth.

If your local your work life balance will be quite good but if your someone who commute daily more than 40km will be very hectic but eventually when you see the results of your efforts you feel better and it push you to do more, but yes work life balance will be quite tough here

Low pay, already more working hours 10 hours, they create unexpected targets and blame recruiters if submissions isn't happening, constantly we have to be in call which creates very unhealthy for body too..in wfh they already demanding more than 12 hours.. senior recruiters torchers constantly, DMs also torchers . There submission portal is also very slow. NO WORKLIFE BALANCE. constantly bragging about senior managers worked till 10-11 in the night. To motivate.
