I am working on site with different company as a contractor and Collabera is my payroll company. Since the day I join Collabera is not resolving my issue and they don’t even take my HR calls. HRs are not responding even though mails and at the time of appraisals they they simply ignore your performances and recognition from the client.

Nothing much as once you are hired, you follow the client protocols. So Collabera has nothing great to offer but only gives you chance to work with big industry names.

Dislikes

1. They say that all the rules & policies implemented at the client would be effective for you. But when the client has more leaves, Collabera have their own leave policy which is obviously less leaves. 2. The appraisals are not guaranteed. Depends on lot of factors which they tell you only after you start following up with them. 3.Nothing in terms of career progression. They have no plans. I was placed at BNP Paribas ISPL client. It was pretty good there. But Collabera had no contribution in it.

I worked with UK Ireland and Romania's business team, which is very good to work with. I have developed my business acumen while working with them.

Dislikes

Legal Head is not supportive and is very condescending. She expects to work on weekends and extra days and if that's not enough for her, she has very bad attitude towards her team members. Plus there is lot's of personal politics in the legal team. People are having affairs in the office and doing favoritisms.

There’s one lead who was with me Parul Sharma she was very rude and also told me to leave the company . The pressure is too much and work life balance isnt good If your target isn’t achieved you have to work for atlest 12hrs

Overall, I had a good experience working with Collabera. It has a good company culture with knowledgeable managers and team leads (atleast in my case :), Average Salary but if you are looking for a stable and a long time career at one company, this should be your priority.

There is a little office politics at the management level, a few managers are difficult to deal with.

The leave policy is worst and Coming to appraisal part even we are getting good feedback and pay from client they don’t give least yearly appraisal once they started the process they will take minimum 4 months and from 5 month they will reflect the hike and if we ask next year they will take like since we have 5 months back will give in next year in the same month 😌😌...Read More

There is nothing to like about this company they are not giving appraisal and if they give it they give only 1 to 5 % bracket they are not employee centric

Company is partial to all the employees.unofficially they ask for work on saturdays.manager and hr is not supporting at all.i suggest not to work there it will affect your career as there is no such learning into that company and there is a bond of 60k for 11 months.before if you leave company is not going to provide relieving or experience letter that means it's totally waste of time to work there.
