Hate putting on the All over white suite like an Astronaut 🧑‍🚀. Upper Management /HR coincides with BS. No Win Win Situation. Suppose to be Open Door Policy. Team Lead Wakes Up On BS Sup/HR holds in the wrong. Operators Works no good pay. Raises don’t be nothing but 10-12 scents every year. No work in the place, scrapping up work for worker from 3-4 years ago.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
