People are very nice. I like the work culture. Working at ASML was a dream.

Dislikes

Racism is Everywhere is Europe, so I will not blame ASML for that, But ASML should focus on these things. Also No support for Working students about future opportunity. ASML is not even consider working students for Internship. So if you are doing internship or working student job. Don’t rely on ASML, they will not support for full time job.

Depending on the project, there could be some fixed deadlines you need to meet. Some days are busy than others. The overall experience and work ethic is amazing. Scope to learn more about semiconductor industry, how we have a direct impact to users.
