Here HR’s don’t even listen to our problems. When we need help from HR’s they don’t even respond to our messages or mail but when they need something from us they directly call us. Here, TMP team will say you will get project but when our bench time ends they force us to take up service desk projects by lying you can change projectafter 6 months. Particularly from experience with my project, teammates are very helpful and supportive, there aren't any petty politics happening behind your back. They're flexible and understanding about work like balance and working hours.

Dislikes

Promotion and appraisal policy is not very optimal, sometimes I felt I am not duly compensated against my efforts. Job offers from other companies aren't matched and even early release is difficult to attain while being in a project.

The list is endless. Poor management of accounts. They give importance only to clients but not to resources. Resources are treated like third class citizens. to get promotion you have to be in good book of VP, EDL etc.. and very pro Tamilian culture. if you are tamil then you get 1st chance for promotion. Salary structure not upto the mark like another MNC, So you can't save more tax

Job is secure, the work life balance as they are only asking to join office for 2 days as of now, also depends upon projects

No Appraisal/Appreciations/Salary hike is also very low, Even you have given them more then 100% of of efforts with full results and appreciation from client are there but managers and Hr's won't budge while asking for better Appraisal or Ratings
