Cognizant offers good salary as per industry standards and you get good chance to work on latest technologies. Skill development and up-skill programs are good. You have 3 days work from office policy no pressure on maintaining minimum office hours. Good work life balance depends on role and project for me it’s manageable.

more ijp opportunities should be given. more on-site opportunities should be given. employee benefits should improve. Medical insurance amount should be increased with no copay option to support employees. 10 hour working hour policy should be removed.

It's just the brand name. We don't get anything in the name of benefits

Poor salary. No appraisal. Exploitation of employees. Lot of red flags in the management and work culture. Too much favouritism, extreme micro management. No worklife balance. No upskilling or understanding people's potential or appreciation of efforts.

As soon as New CEO Ravi came, his policy was to do Cost Cutting, poor mngmnt Client relationship manager were terrible No work life Balance, anytime u can expect call from PM to work Micro Mgmnt irritates No Joining Kit, Bonus, No outing, No Lunch, No praise False promises for Onsite Opportunity ----very embarrassing they kept on taking work and later dismissed their promise Mass Layoff ----- Nobody thinks of Employee Worst Company I worked for--- I will regret my entire life

Horrible work culture with no care to their employees. You will end up working 14-15 hours on a daily basis. Severe work pressure and your delivery manager will ask you directly to work on weekends workout feeling any sorry.

We have plenty of platform to learn new technologies and to get external certification. One can learn many new technologies and attend courses which company provides at free of cost

Dislikes

Salary hike is always very less. They don't do anything to standardise your salary as per marketing standards. One can join with good salary and work with the company. Don't expect much hike or standardization once join there.
