...ost cutting to the extent where there are no tissues provided in washroom. You will be forced to work on weekends without any additional pay. They won’t allow to carry phones to floor due to this you won’t be able to attend interview calls. 9 out of 10 people give this reason for still staying with Genpact. On the scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company 2. Don’t join this company at any cost.

...er be recognised --> Micro-management and extreme illicit politics everywhere. --> They don't provide compensation and forces to complete multiple assignments at a time, need to spend peanuts salary for their work. --> not a single benefit and no compensation instead we need to spend money from the salary which is merely too low in terms of IT standard --> believe it or not, increment after one complete year is 10000 Indian rupees for a software developer role, they can donate it to needy people instead --> please don't join this company even if you have no work to do. --> need to work for 12 hours in most of the working days

salary is below as per the market. good for fresher to start off their career. highly recommend to switch within 2 years for better career and hike

...r worked in such a dishonest company. Starting with HR, they delay meal tickets. The bonus that managers say we earn, are always paid at least 2 months late. I had a misfortune of horrible, prejudiced manager. He already told us to our face that he doesn't hire homosexual, because they are fragile. He always causes phychological terror with te team, if people don't do what he wants.

Promotion system is pathetic, lot of politics, no growth, no good salary, no transport, no night shift allowance, no family medical coverage, does not matter for them if you work for 1 year or 10 years for them.
