Salary is too too low they give good salary to new joininer but they give increment 5 to 8% only one time whole of the year and not even give any promotion and appraisal to old employees.old employees even work on low salary and if they ask to increase salary, manager said to old employees that we give training and teach you how to do work why I increase your salary.you can go and change your job they are very rude they don't know how to talk to the employee....Read More

There is nothing to be like in this company. Only two persons are good in this company i.e. CEO and CPO but they are inaccessible to employees working at lower levels.
I would suggest you not to join Cogneesol as per my experience., I have got the worst experience in this company because the company policies vary from every employee to employee of the company like favoritisms. When we talk with managers of two different departments they wanders and threatens the employees. Issues faced in Operational Department:- 1. Favoritism. 2. Non Cooperation with employees. 3. When we talk about any concept they wander and threatens the employees. 4. Resignation and Joining's Policies are varies from employee to employee. 5. Here Resignation Period doesn't means a transition period. 6. There is difference between old and new employees. Old Employees sleep like they come here for a sleep, No Manager and Team Leader targeted them. 7. Operational Departmental filled with full of politics. 8. There are difference between leave and holiday policies, when employee got full holidays and leaves and when got no holidays. 9. There is no holiday approve at the time of illness. 10. Here bonuses also vary for employee to employee not on the basis of work performance but on the basis of favoritism. Like the person who come for sleep took full bonus and who worked for complete hours took no bonus. 11. Here work pressure given only to no bonus employee and non working employees still takes a benefits of bonuses and holidays. 12. Also Increment not performance based but on the basis of favoritism and buttering employees either they have a proper knowledge of the work or not. 13. Training Programs are also assigned to Favorite persons. HR Department:- 1. Company Policies vary for employee to employee when we talk about the policies they wander and threaten the employees. 2. They never understand the situations of the employees. 3. The company never discussed salaries on the basis of experience and knowledge of the employee but on the basis of there last working salary. 4. HR Policies vary from employee to employee. Managers think that employees are dumb when we join this organization. 5. No Proper policies and criteria follows during the joining and resignation of the employees, like appointment letters are not provided on time. Some resignation decisions are based on the HR Department and some based on the managers. Some taken Salary during resignation and some hold there salaries. No proper criteria follows. 6. Mainly the HR Manager seems that the employees are fool and never discussed the policies on same path when they approach to them for any issue. 7. Whenever we tried to reach HR Manager then that persons not available on there seats at a particular time like they are always on a break. 8. There are no same policies for each and every employee working in different departments of this organization. Admin Department:- 1. No proper cab facilities are provided by the company as they mentioned during the joining of the employee. 2. No proper clean water services provided by the company. 3. Cleaning services are also poor. 4. AC are not working in the departments. 5. Cogneesol gives a space to learn, grow and experiment. One has the potential to ideate and step up with diverse ideas. My association has been great so far, working with my Line Manager (Prachi Sharma) has given me alot of understanding about HR processes which has major convergence with LnD. A manager who empathizes takes you far off your career than the ones who directs.
