Nothing is good in this organisation it's like a school.

Dislikes

Yes, I hate the school culture once the employe enter in office can't go out without manager permission. Secondly lots of politics are inside if you have good buttering skills then you will grow else your work in their foot. Everymonth they are deducting 10% of your total salary and you can't take it before completing 1 year. I have lists of dislikes but don't have time to write.
