100% job sacurity seen even during early covid tines company was hiring. Esp can be low at times, but pramotion increments have improved over the years. Overall very good place to work and grow if you spend some time.

Dislikes

Yearly increments are not always good.

The management overall has policies which are very humane and nice. Job Security is high.

Dislikes

Though company has a set policy on overtime however you may end up in projects that would require you to work more than 15-16 hours. You may have to report to an unpleasant Manager with his own idea about people management. A horrible boss is the last thing one can get in a difficult process/project.

I had to travel 40 KM up and down on a daily basis as I was staying at my own residence. And the commute was taking a toll on my health I decided to look for something alternate.
