Well it's a very good place to loose your mind and and peace. With the best 10 hours work culture and no benefits. And the best thing is the ratings they give depends on their personal choice and mood and the best part is once the rating is given it cannot be disputed. And unexpected promotions which will be given to others. Eg if A works hard B will get the promotion. Based on favouritism.

Hmmm. .... Everything. There is no help nor there is any support all are busy with their targets and targets and targets.

Ample of learning opportunities if you are willing to take it. Good work life balance in general. Good culture. Leadership if open to hearing employees issues and support them as possible.

I like working in Cognizant, I won’t say this is best place to work, but if you are looking for settle or tired of weird culture or any issue. This company is better then those.

Here Manager literally owns the company, straight forward rule, you have do everything that your manager says, to manager and get progress. Variable and Bonus get cut down to 20-30% only. Even if you perform the best.

Not a good transport facility service. Job security is also not there. Very short term projects. In most of the projects, the case is like one person has to do job of 3 people. If there is requirement of 3 people then they will assign all those task to single person. In terms of hike, even if we work harder and show our appreciations still they will say budget issue.
