Which to join
I have two offers. One from IBM which is 11 lpa fixed and the other is Russell Investments which is 14 lpa both fixed. Both in Mumbai. Which should I join
YOE = 4
Cctc = 4.29.
My current org lowballed me in giving bad appraisal even though I performed well.

IBM is a big name, and it can open doors later. But if the role at Russell is more aligned with your interests, go for it!

Use Rusell to get IBM to match and accept IBM offer if you want a brand. If you're still learning, mid size companies are better.
