Everything right from onboarding to exit . Such a blady useless management and have no idea and budgets . When hired don’t have next steps what to do .. full of politics and blame game . Based on some Feedback they stick to it .. as if they are very Mr. Prefect . Full of micromanaging

Not reliable, can fire anytime, no bench system for seniors 6 band onwards, if no work just leave. Even for other employees no proper bench pool etc so person can find next opporutnity anywhere in the Coforge, you have to rely on your local HR. Don't Join ..

1.Got multiple challenging opportunities to excel in Project management area . 2.Got good stakeholder experience while executing pega projects with critical clients 3.Got good exposure towards team management , conflict management and their performance management too.

1.There should be reasonable increments after all waiting for entire year post ACE evaluation. 2.More act ive HR initiations /HR processes are required along with supporting on employee salary concerns which is average now. 3.we should get more onsite opportunities for PM and above roles which is having less scope here

Tbey dont have much projects after 4 months of joining they put me in bench more than 6 months and asked ne to come daily. They told in offer letter that they will provide cabs. But project denied it due to cost even after i changed my stay near to office.

Work life balance depends on the project you get, for me is was good. Coligues were supportive and helpful, again depends on your team. Initial pay(when you join) will be good compared to other services based companies.

There are too many things, I'll just point out few. Organization just cares about your billing to client and doesn't even care if you exist or not. No hikes after you join, only band 1 (excellent performer) resources would get it that to not too much it would be 3 to 4 percent. You never get a reply on your queries from higher management. Only mail you will get from then is when you doing fill time sheet as it's directly effects it's billing. Projects are too volatile any time project may get shut due to client funding issue.
