Nothing, and I have worked for 3 companies, in 5.5 years including a big MNC and a very small company. Coforge is the worst in my experience. Work culture is poor, whosoever tells you otherwise is lying either because he/she is associated personally with someone in the company or has not yet worked here. Majority of the projects are short-termed, then people are made to sit on bench. Also, resource allocation to project is very very poorly managed, where there is requirement for a Technical Architect, they'll put a senior developer or team lead and will expect them to deliver in 2-3 days. I have seen them doing the opposite as well, putting architects in a role where a developer was required. And HR, accessible but useless. They'll be active only when the company wants get rid off the employee. You will be constantly told that we will send an email with details, but you will never get one. Even if you remind them on teams and drop mails. No respect for employee's personal life. Working on weekends and after working hours is said to be the employee's duty. Nothing. It's like a BPO and call centre, no job quality. They will fire once client say no I do not want this guy in project. They Directly fire. I would suggest do not join if u do not want to destroy your carrier skills etc.. whatever u know also forgot here. Very minimal use of your skill set. Also many projects are only maintainace. Everything. No good policies for employees. 0 percent hike 0-25 percent variable. From many people's not get appraisal from 3-4 years even more. Management and HR are very company centric. They do not have a single policy in favour of employees. Manager, architect, supervisor, delivery head, they are just try to save their own position. They do not care about any other employees.
