There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is also not decent and career growth is slow.on the job training is not given to new joinees.

My project people are good and Delivery manager is good .

Company policies, appraisal and promotion everything they have eaten on the top the variable which is part of our CTC they also didn't give that one also. In short they are only thinking about their profit, they don't care about employees.

Company culture is pathetic. They are still following Junior senior culture. Senior person got offended when junior not call them Sir. No one is bothered to reply you. Even HR dept is worst I can say. Some projects have good culture but most of the projects are having this nad culture. Toyota is one of their project which is like hell. Management is not even concerned about this.

Pls don’t join this company they only hire for 3months for short term projects. They don’t have proper management structure. They differentiate bereavement leave between family and relatives. They won’t listen to your concerns. A big no for this worst company
