Senior management culture is very poor. They are busy with their promotions and own business. If required they will push all blame to junior to play safe side game. You will get good words but not increment. Never you will get opportunity. Just for eyewash they will give you unproductive trainings but you will never get any opportunity. Office is good but location is very outside of city. They provide cab service, food quality is good, gym, swimming pool, playing area, cradle facility is there.

Cost cutting is extending it's threshold. 2 years back this company had good values but now they are changing every policy. They can change their policy whenever they want. Even company is in profit, they never released any variable , and even changed its policy after the financial year is over. When people hired at lowers salaries back in 2020 talk to HR about their salaries being lower than the juniors hired this year so the salary correction should be done. HR says go find a new job in the market we don't offer salary correction. Thats the kind of HR we have.

No skill growth , so much politics between higher ups , so much discrepancy between increments. For eg - If you and your colleague have same salary and you both get same grade in increment cycle then you might get increment of 5K and your colleague might get increment of 2 Lac ( and yes you read it rite , it happened in this increment cycle ). The only good thing (which turns out to be bad later) is they did the whole interview, offer release and onboarding process really fast

After joining, in the first week itself I got to know that they bulk hire. But they do not have any client requirements for so many resources. So it's all on your luck if you get the project well and good. Else, they force resignation after 3 months of bench period saying that this is their policy. Even on bench they want the resources to come to office 3 days a week where time gets completely wasted. And this has always been their pattern. Worst company to join.
