HR- worst, they won't help(or do the job of an HR)! Higher management- worst(even if your manager appreciates you, they will not give promotions)! Salary hike- worst, if you're staying too long(even an A+ will not ensure a good salary hike). - Underpaid - Mediclaim policies are disaster, don't opt for it, else you wont be able to opt out(no option to do so unless you leave the company ).
