There is nothing to like in NIIT. Only salary come on time. They hired & place at client location mostlY.Else send to Noida HQ, which is horrible area. Lot of training available on portal, but at client location w't able to do it. As a retainer not able 4 appraisal. There r lot of guy's on bench in HQ. Even there HR sitting at mumbai location dt know company rules.dey always has 1 ans..Let us check with HQ....Read More

Boring.sitting at client .. Managers only want non-veg talk's. Non technical people's at client lead team. NIIT manager & HR dt help to sort out things. Even dey wt come to help you. Sometimes we worked by sitting in store room at client place. Fuckiguy'

Salary on time, Every last working day of month you will receive your salary. As I have joined retainer don't have touch with company all the time spend in Client site.

Growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
