Company is good.. But management is disaster.. If you face any issue with any one. Ni one will help you.. Lot of employees left from gail project due to torcher from raj and abhinav.. But nobody cared ..HR also no helpful

Management is worst. HR is doing what management is saying. If you have godfather in this Company you will on role. If you join as a retainer. I worked this company around 8.6 years as a retainer. But in client side i am working different positions. I spoil my life for this Company.

Dislikes

Poor management no policy for off role employees. If you have any jack (jugad) you will survive. When project is finished. Nobody help you in your team to place another project. Even you will never received a call for internal interview.
