Codewave is truly a unique comapany where self management is at its core. Its great to be part of culture where both Clients and Employees are equally treated, Promoting a sense of mutual respect and collaboration.

Dislikes

The Self managed environment requires self discipline and ownership, which might not suite everyone. If someone wants a manager to keep micro managing on their growth and tasks then its not a good place for them.

If one needs to be told what to do, they may find it extremely difficult to work here as individuals are expected to be highly self managed. Also if someone expects the growth on traditional terms ( like from an intern > fresher > junior > senior > lead), that doesn't work here.
