Dislikes

Biggest turndown in this organisation is the attitude and approach of one of the founders. No systems and policies in place and organisation is run on whims and fancies of select few. Organisation has a lobby of few individuals who are working with the organisation for considerable period of time and this lobby does not let other individuals to work and grow. Exposure and Learning is great.

Dislikes

The company culture on paper is innovative, but not in REALITY. Some of the long term employees are toxic and they bring more bad than good to the company. The management has to be all ears and have a metric to measure the long term employees. They can’t just blindly assume the deeds done by them are correct. The management has somefuturistic plans but the long term employees are pulling them back. If this continues, the company will just have long term employees playing all the politics among themselves. This is a serious concern. Founders need to give chance for the change to come in and make wonders. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
