CodeClouds is a great place to work in. The organization is brimming with the latest technologies and working towards producing unique products and services for all. I also found that the company thinks a lot of their employees with its health insurance, free meals, competitive and on-time salary policies. Along with them, I also like the flexible shift timings.

1. Company will give you opportunity to update your skills. 2. They give the proper respect for your work. 3. You will get new projects based on your skills. 4. Very helpful in medical emergencies.

Dislikes

1. The leave policy needs to be approved, day by day the number of leaves has deceased. 2. Should not change the WFH policy. 3. It’s been frustrating the HRBP members don’t respond to the messages,sometimes you have to wait days. For every small thing need to create request. 4. If system needs to be changed have to wait long, even to exchange small things.

Management! No experienced professionals from IT background to handle admin level jobs. Human resource is very bad. Only prioritizing women by giving them extra rewards and facilities, indirectly forcing men to work more.

Career growth is very poor. They have a product called Unify and as software Engineer you have to work that kind of work what any one can do. Like using a dashboard nothing else no custom code is there day by day your skills gone.
