CEO thinks that women employees don't need to get paid as their husbands do jobs as well. We, employees, are spineless laborers coming from wealthy families who don't need money to bring food to the table. For the last 3 months, they didn't pay the whole digital marketing team salary, which is a crime, and I don't know what the labor department is doing. Don't be dazzled by seeing the office in the Ambuja Neotia building, as the CEO is very poor and can't pay dues to his employees. Shame on him! Not to mention, if you really want to progress in your career, at least in this company, try to butter your seniors as much as possible. No proper salary structure, no proper management. Absolute joke of a company. Hr is a joke. Do not recommend. They won't pay you for your work and will give excuse that company isn't going well. I got March 's salary on May 30th. Absolutely ridiculous.

Code Design Club is a fraud company. They run a scam center. All the five stars reviews are given by their office members. They didn't give my salary of last month. I can mention some of the fraud people who are working there, Rajan Bhattacharya ( Content writer), Subhajit Chandra ( Graphic Designer), Sudrisa Chakroborty ( HR ), Partha Sarathi Das ( Manager), Indranil Roy ( Team Leader).
