It is much easier at Codal to contact the management with your queries. Which I have not seen in any other company in which I have worked till now.

Good work culture, nice ambience, transparency, opportunity to pull out best from your self by working over challenging projects, very good clients with interesting problem statements to solve, no sandwich leave, flexible hours.

Dislikes

There is still a communication gap between lowest layer and uppermost layer of the ecosystem, that needs to be addressed.
