Service based company.if you are in clinet side. Company not asked you anything from there side. As far as you deploy to Client everything will go smoothly.

Example: They send me 1 year ago in different state to client after that they never seen that I am alive or not. After hardworking 1 yr client appreciated but they not even recognise not effect in salary increment.

Management is least interested in their employees there are some managers who are not even concerned about your health even if you are sick they say so what happened I was/am also sick still I am coming office you must also come and if you do 9 task properly and if missed 1 task than they will say what's your problem if you can't do put down your resignation
