Unnecessary pressure. No process to follow just one thing how quickly it will be done :). If you do good work then nobody will give you any appreciation in fear of whether you ask them for appraisal. When they give you appraisal they will tell you "whatever we are giving to you no MNC can give you" but really they are making you fool as well as making them self fool.

No teamwork, abusive language used in between daily work by pathetic teammates. Even the CEO cannot replace these teammates because they are backed by manager of company. No female are working because of this. No PF or Mediclaim. Only CEO has knowledge about the work. Rest of them including managers you can understand what they do.

I had never seen a company like this in my entire life, especially with people like Aasif(HR). Siju(Manager), Satis(TL), VIshal(TL) and Firoz(TL). Aasif, the HR, can fire you anytime for unnecessary reasons. then there's Siju, the "Guru" Satis, Vishal, and Firoz along with some product managers, especially Ramanand who has a very cheap mentality. You could give 100% effort work after office hours and even late into the night, yet the result is always the same--they'll claim your performance is not good and fire you. you can only survive in this company if you impress people like Siju,Aasif,satis,visal and firoz by pandering to their cheap mentality. If you manage that you can stay in the company without doing any real work and simply chill. Otherwise you could be fired at any time for any reason. I have been working with Clavis for quite some time . Everything is top notch . Company takes good care of its employees and makes sure that stress and health do not affect the employees. Teammates are very supportive and management is transparent about its policies
